Nope. The 12" is DEFINITELY an extended version of the 7".

<br>The 7" version of I'm Your Money is included on their cd Greatest Hits from 2006 (that release with the dvd) if I remember correctly.

I have a bootleg which includes also an instrumental version of Soul Warfare but I'm not sure about the source. If it's an official version then it should be also included on this dream edition - at least in an ideal world [:)]

Would you be willing to share that instrumental version of Soul Warfare with us?
What else is on that bootleg?...
Thanks in advance!

To be honest I don't have any clue how that works - to share / upload files. If you could give some advice, then I'll do my best. You can also send me an email so that we don't have to use this thread for this.

I can't remember but I think FGT on that CD may have the BEF ident attached to it.

The mix of I'm Your Money on this Greatest Hits CD/DVD release *is* an edit, but it is different from the actual 7" mix, the closing portion of the song in particular.

The version on iTunes is the 7" mix, but it does not include the BEF ident at the end.

Yes, FGT does include the BEF ident. The 12" mix of 'I'm Your Money' on this 3" CD also comes complete with its BEF ident too.

Then I guess the version of I'm Your Money that I'd like on CD is the version from the US LP on Arista that's simply titled Heaven 17, which I suppose has tracks from the UK versions of both Penthouse & Pavement and The Luxury Gap. This is the one I have yet to come across on CD. I have the CD/DVD best of and it's not on there.

Last night I saw Heaven 17 performing this classic album live in it's full glory. Indeed this needs a deluxe treatment with lots of bonus tracks.

Man, what a concert! Great band especially the bass player and the female singer. And the setlist was perfect: Full album with tracks in original running order - in between side A and B of the album they played three BEF tracks (Wichita Lineman, Ball Of Confusion + Perfect Day). Part 2 of the concert were the following tracks: Are Everything, I'm Your Money, Come Live With Me, Let Me Go, Temptation and - as last encore - Being Boiled.

This concert reminded me again what a fantastic album Penthouse And Pavement is and was.

I was just listening to all their albums on Spotify. I have a question though about the bonus mp3 tracks on How Men Are.There are 4 full length album versions on there which sound like extended versions. Does anybody know where these have been sourced from as i can't find any info anywhere[?]

Hi,
I've got the 4 longer versions from iTunes.
They're labeled 'full length version' over there.
I believe they're from the original masters and that these full length versions were considered too long for release on the original album on vinyl (and not only for technical reasons, because some of these longer versions really are too long, if you know what I mean...).
PS : there's also an instrumental version of Sunset Now on iTunes that I had never heard of before...

Yes i was kind of thinking that myself but why on earth didn't they put them on that remaster because there was plenty of space. In saying that we could be here forever asking the same thing about other releases as well.
