Blancmange Reissues

Postby Riverman » Wed Nov 19, 2008 3:00 am

Hello -

A few questions.
Did "Believe You Me" have different UK and US versions? Until i
got the reissue, i've only had the US cassette version. I've had the
version of "Lose Your Love" from the cassette for years on the "Third Course" compilation, and i find it much better than on the new cd. Was the one on the reissue on the UK version?
Confused yet? [:D]

I don't care if 22339 is longer - better than being shorter.

Guess i'll make my own cd with what i have. Still, it's SO great to hear this again!

Track 1 "Lose Your Love" is also different from the original LP version. The version on this disc first appeared on "The Platinum Collection" compilation (2006).

That greenwoodgm dude seems to know his Blancmange.
