One of the original driving forces behind my site was to catalog the majority of these compilations when they flooded the market back in the 90's, however I must admit that I got pretty jaded over the last few years and find myself rarely perusing the Various Artist bins at record stores anymore for new 80's comps. Most of the new ones I have seen are tired retreads of new wave standards. I'd like to update my site with new ones if they feature at least 2 tracks not already on other comps.
