Retro:Active - Rare & Remixed CD

Postby Sean » Wed Mar 31, 2004 8:32 am

That's too bad on the Red Box track. 12" versions of "Lean On Me" or "Chenko" would have been really cool. Thanks for the info though.

I love my copy of Retro:Active. Like people say, carries on nicely from where Hardest Hits and Classic Alternatives series left off. Aside from reissuing the first Hardest Hits volume completely, here's my 'wishlist' of tracks. If any are already availabl

Well I can say that Sean's list is on the money with 2 tracks, and Fiftypercent is very close on one (different mix though)
Thanks for the feedback!

Ok Alex, now I won't be able to sleep. :)

Even if there was only 2-3 of the tracks from my list on the next cd, it is already well worth it. Can you give us a possible release month? I won't hold you to it but at least it will give us an idea.

By the way, the B-Movie "A Letter From Afar" 12" version is on a compilation called B.L.A.S.T. which is extremely difficult to find. That same compilation also contains Secession's "Touch" radio version. The rest of the songs are awful though.

Sean:

click below for a very real possibility of "Goodbye Horses" being one of those:

It's just a guess.

See second post and what jfiber has to say.
