My WLIR Tribute CD..

With the Demise of WLIR, I decided to dust off my old vinyl & make a WLIR Tribute CD this past Monday.
I titled it "Thank You & Goodbye - WLIR"
While there were hundreds of songs I could have put on, here is what I chose for this Particular CD:

9) Bizarre Love Triange (12" Extended) - New Order
10) Fire Island (12" Extended) - Secession
11) What! (12" Extended) - Soft Cell
13) Nowhere Girl (12" Extended) - B Movie
(** I Can't recall 1 track, When I get home I'll look at the label & post the missing track, the above may not be in exact order)

I'm also putting up a WLIR Rememberance Page on an offshoot of our website, to preserve some of the "important things". It's still a work in progress, But I have the Screamers of the week in Date order, & I'll be adding & formatting more & linkse as time allows:

The Missing Track From Above Was "Get The Balance Right" - Depeche Mode.
Also, "Bizarre Love Triangle" is NOT on the disc, It is
"Perfect Kiss" (12") - New Order.
