UK box set - first three albums
Category: Music

A 3-CD box set containing Duran Duran, Rio and Seven and the Ragged Tiger will be released in the UK on Monday, March 17th.

Though there is no content change to the CDs or artwork, EMI have numbered the boxes, making it a collectible.

This is a UK-only release. For more info, visit Amazon UK

I won't be picking it up, as i have all three, AND their 2 box sets already. But, there might be a DD completist out there.

Keepin the 80s alive

Is this a new version? They issued the same set about 5-6 years ago...the box contains the mini lp sleeve versions of the first three cds.

Well maybe these versions won't have that copy protection crap on them.

The boxset with the gatefolds wasn't copy-controlled, at least not ones I got (some for gifts).

BTW, the photo at amazon.co.uk does show a slight artwork change. The icons on the front of the box now shows:
DD/RIO/7
as opposed to
RIO/DD/7

And, of course, there is the little white square near the bottom that has the numbering on it.
