Not sure if the dvd has videocs and/or performance clips:

From Amazon UK:

This CD/DVD 'Best Of' features all of the hits & videos from their first hit single 'Gangsters', 'Too Much Too Young' (a pro-contraception song which was banned by the BBC but still hit the no. 1 spot), 'Ghost Town' (released amid race-related unemployment riots), to the latter singles of 'Racist Friend' and 'Free Nelson Mandela'.

Looks like it is studio videos plus a few live and/or 'Top of the Pops' style videos as well.
The tracklist looks pretty close to my japanese laserdisc of studio videos:

Gangsters
Concrete Jungle
Message To You Rudi
Too Much Too Young (live)
Rat Race
Do Nothing
Ghost Town
Enjoy Yourself (live)
Special AKA
Alcohol
Housebound
Nelson Mandella
Girlfriend

All the best,
