About time this was reissued, too bad no bonus tracks are included, though. Especially some early Brilliant tracks (such as "Colours") would have been nice, showing the difference with this poppy album.

The only song I have heard by them was "Red Red Groovy" which was a 12" B-side. I have looked for on CD for years. Is any of their other stuff as good?

They may have wanted to add bonus tracks, but when they license from Rhino/Warner, adding bonus tracks renders the album a "compilation," which means that the guarantee and the costs go up. Sony doesn't have those same rules, which is why their Translator, Bangles, etc reissues all have bonus tracks.
