Autumnal Park - upcoming release delayed

I know I'm not the only one who's been awaiting this cd issue, so here's the response I received from Almacantar Records today, regarding the state of the forthcoming release:

The legal is in the works still. EMI originally gave the OK then said they
could not find the original contracts they did not exist anymore. We would
not except that answer so we kept after them for two months day in and out.
And finally they disclosed to us that in 1986 the rights for the album in
the US got given back to the band. (They did not even know it, They seemed
happy to hear that news) So now it is up to them. We are waiting to see
what they want to do. Either way now that the control is owned by them
something will get done.

Anyone heard any news on this?!? It's sad but this release is no longer on Alcamantar Records webpage.
