For those of you who missed out on the individual volumes of the Canadian New Wave obscurities/hits collections - SPG Music has compiled volumes 4, 5 and 6 into a single package - and added a 4th disc entitled "Moshpit Madness" (which is a REALLY strange bonus, but has some really cool Wax Trax/Nettwerk stuff on it).

Makes no sense to me. If you're putting out a box set why not do all 5?? Do the leg work and obtain the rights to re-release Vol. 1.

That would make this set sell.

Doing it this way looks very much like a dump of excess stock in a new package.

I bought this box a while back, and am glad I have it, but sure wish volume 1 would get re-released, it is fairly rare and commands too much money on ebay.

I also bought this a while ago. I really like it even though it doesn't have the first two volumes.
