Tears for Fears-The Hurting 2-disc and 4-disc sets

Postby Riverman » Thu Jan 16, 2014 1:46 am

Well, i got the 4 disc set for Christmas. Beautiful, sounds good to me - i've no time to sit and listen to a 2 second volume change here or there (and i have ocd, too.;)). Question - i used to have "The Way You Are" Japanese 12 inch. B-sides are different on this ('We Are Broken' and "Breakdown" live. I'm too lazy to look around online........:)

Cheers

In my eyes, this box set is very much worth having but the audio problems are a definite disappointment to say the least. On the bright side it's good to see that 'The Hurting' will soon see an HD Blu Ray Audio release. Super Deluxe Edition states it will be a stereo only release, whereas http://www.elusivedisc.com/Tears-For-Fe ... NIBA47943/ claims otherwise.

as much as i hate bluray, i will probably get this.

just to get the surround sound tracks and rip them to
multitracks.

came out yesterday, ordered it today.

looking at the description, the tracks are stereo only.

will give a review once i get it.

Unfortunately not.
The compilations Famous Last Words and Mad World simply have a version of Broken Revisited without the intro.
