Lene Lovich - 2013 Remasters box set !

It was just announced that new 2013 remastered editions of Lene's 3 albums- "Stateless", "Flex", and "No Man's Land" are available as a very limited box set. Only 100 box sets are being made! There is also a 4th disc included containing non-LP tracks as well.

Seems a bit odd to release a pricey boxset order page but no tracklistings...

I've been waiting for this but the timing couldn't be worse. I am traveling to see many concerts all over the Eastern United Stated from October through December, and every cent I have [made from selling off rare records - thank you Duran Duran] is going towards that end. If that were not the case, boom! I'd be all over this. All I have are the unpleasant Stiff Years jam-it-all-on-two-CD sets that The Connoisseur Collection released in the early 90s. Efficient, but sad, in their own way for such a crucial artist as Lene.

The box set is too pricey. I'll wait till the cds come out separately. I already have the remastered Flex Plus (which sounds fine) . No Man's Land is the only one i need as it's not been remastered before i think.

I'm not bothered about the box or oddments within but will the 'Others' disc be exclusive or not? That's the lure with this one . . .

Yeah, no kidding. I would actually pay their price if I knew the set included previously unreleased (on CD) remixes, b-sides, etc. But to pay that sight unseen? I'll wait.

$80 is not bad at all with the first three albums getting the attention they have needed all along from the artist herself, with the added bonus disc and the various tchatchkes [sp?] I'd call it a bargain. But one I absolutely can't spend for, it being a moot point by now anyway. I'm really curious to hear the remastering they've spoken of. "Stateless" in particular has been many things to many people over the years. I'm not sure if there were two or three mix variants on that album. Not including the new one.
