looks like Edsel will be re-issuing deluxe editions of the CAs this June; not sure what the bonus tracks are

Something like that, like delayed delayed. Well, as long as they still release the cd's. I don't know how they can misjudge the release date that badly. I can see a few weeks but we're talking almost half a year here.

And of course the Comsat Angels have been reissued before but I don't think they've been reissued to death. Probably not a favorite band to you but I have always loved these guys. These reissues looks to be great as they will be 2cd sets which makes me think they are going to have more tracks than the original reissues. Even finding one of two tracks from each album that I haven't heard before from this band would probably make me super happy.

I believe they have been reissued on CD twice, both badly. They seem to be on a 10 year reissue cycle.

From what I can tell, Land and 7-Day Weekend have been delayed but not cancelled.
Any reaction to the Edsel releases? They certainly have a spotty history.
Oh, and CA appear to be recording new tracks. To break a broken record, 80s bands should STOP reuniting. Tour, OK. Record new material after XX years hiatus--not sure we need that.
