Anyone know the tracklisting on this puppy, which is supposed to be released on April 1, 2005? Just curious. How many discs? Is it a best of? A rarities comp? Both? Sounds cool, we shall see!

I actually don't see this on the schedule yet, but here are some other releases of note:

I found this on a madonna fan site. I don't know how accurate it is but it seems to fit the advance rumors. It is interesting, although I was wishing for more obscurities, the dvd looks good.

wow, what a run they had. some of the best music EVER. isn't it amazing that some of the best representations of "new wave" were all on one label? old seymour had some great talent scouts and aor people. i remember being a kid and noticing that all my favorite bands were on sire. this boxset is like a trip through cassette and vinyl heaven for me!

i've looked and looked for this tracklist, thanks for finding it. only drawback: the barenaked ladies video. god, they suck.

I'm a big Sire fan. I have most the new wave tracks on other compilations but I'm gettin' this one, it looks pretty sweet!

I wish they would have considered rarities. These tracks are already on a million other comps in one form or another. Yet another marketing gimmick.

Watch, when they re-issue this box next year, it will come with one bonus track, undoubetly a dub or alternate mix of a huge hit.

I won't be buying this one since the songs I like I have and the songs I don't have I don't like but why is this a marketing gimmick? It's a great tribute to a great label.

Save the rarities for later. True there is nothing on it that most people who like this stuff don't have already but let this pave the way for a set of rarities.
