yes, that is clearly love is blue all the way from the first time I heard this song. I love the guy but is he trying to get around the rights?

Agreed I felt the same way that it is a totally rip off of Love is Blue--. I went ahead a pre-ordered this as I love the feel of the song. But it is quite true they could possibly get sued if he does not get the rights.

Bought the download today and the 7" last week! I can't believe you are spot on it's gotta be a rip off. A great one though. How did you spot that?

It was a number one song for many weeks in 1968 in the usa. I know it from the first note.
