Red "In Motion" 1983 on CD

Red "In Motion" 1983 on CD

Postby fanwave » Sun Jul 31, 2016 5:12 am

Great news for old new wave's collectors. First time on CD Lost 80's Record Company printed absolutelly underrated synth/wave band RED - album "IN MOTION" 1983 with 4 bonus tracks. If you remember - founder Tony Red play in 1982 in Glass Museum band (hope their album will pressed on CD sometime too).

I'm very dubious about these 'Lost 80s' releases. Sure, they're great titles but if legit why aren't they available? These posts show a discogs page with none to buy and none sold. There's no web site for the company either. A strange way to run a business.

This is due to them not being official releases. If the record labels found out they would not be pleased.

It's also remastered, so my guess is that it's brickwalled.

Lost 80s reissues are far from brickwalled. They are probably vinyl sourced. I have no idea. Sound is generally quite good.

They are not brickwalled and quality is wonderful. I don't know how they do what they do, but the CDs are worth the $$. I have listened very closely to see if these are vinyl sourced. Either they are not or the dude is using some kick ass software to clean the rips.

As a matter of fact you have a better chance on the ebay.

Thanks but still cannot find. Very elusive to find -- If you have the time just send me a direct link or an email of a seller.
