No Prince expert but nothing jumps out here. Wouldn't we be better off with Purple rain 2016 (2015 / 2017) as we were at one point supposed to be getting?

I suppose this is true as it's aimed at the xmas market and clearly omits The Most Beautiful Girl In The World. Nevertheless i think this will get the ball rolling for a series of reissues next year .

Purple Rain Deluxe Edition is reported on the way in early 2017, remastered with unreleased tracks.

Not a big Prince fan but do like a few of his songs. This compilation is perfect for me because I get all the tracks I want and never have to buy any of the albums.
