Wonder if this will be through Edsel who did the amazing album reissues and singles box set a few years ago. It's a decent tracklist, though I still can't understand why the Swing Dub of "Cruel Summer" seems to be featured on so many compilations lol - I've always thought it was just awful. At first I also thought it was a bit limited in scope, then realized if it's to celebrate the reunion tour, of course it's only going to focus on the first 4 albums.

Most die-hard Bananarama fans have picked up all the Edsel releases I'm sure and let's be honest, they were so complete there's literally no holes left to fill after those comprehensive offerings... Still, cool the original trio are doing some shows - wish I could make it to one!

As long as I'm thinking about it, I also wonder what ever became of the expanded deluxe edition of Shakespears Sister's "Sacred Heart" album!!?? I know Siobhan was having some licensing issues or something but I haven't heard a peep in quite some time.

Totally agree that Cruel Summer (Swing Beat Dub) is pointless as the original 12" was far better. As for the Shakespear's Sister reissues, I've heard on Facebook that the remasters are all ready to go as now Siobhan has acquired the rights, but when who knows?
