Funny that people complain about the crackle at the beginning, but I never hear anyone complain about New Order's Brotherhood, at the end of Every Little Counts.

Yes, supposed to be funny in 1988, but actually was not so funny to fans who bought the CD for its "pristine sound", only funný to the group. But now, 30 years later, still not funny.. It could have been added as a bonus track on CD 2 though.
PS what's the deal with the grammar in the song title "Strangers Thoughts", perhaps it has been answered elsewhere...

Thought about buying it, and I was shocked about how expensive it is. Why's that? Both on eBay and Discogs its price is three digit, with Discogs being $20 more expensive more or less. What was its starting price? Should bought it in time I guess.

I bought the 2CD for 25 EUR here in Germany when it was released in 2018 - and the 3LP for 60 EUR. The CD is limited to 1500 and the LP is limited to 500 hand-numbered copies - so that's the reason for the increase in price.

I predict the same to happen for the 30th ANNIVERSARY LTD EDITIONS of their 2nd album METHODS OF SILENCE - also limited to 1500 and 500.
