I am not a fan of early, demo or live versions
That said A-ha are a great band..just wondering if the hunting high and low re-release from a number of years ago worth getting?

a-ha’s Hunting High And Low super deluxe edition from 2015 is now represented as 4CD set and is much cheaper:

a-ha‘s 2015 super deluxe edition of their debut album Hunting High And Low has been long out-of-print, but will now be made available again in November with different packaging and at a much lower price.

The new presentation loses the DVD – so no promo videos this time around – but the four CDs are the same as before. CD 1 contains the 2015 remaster of the album, disc 2 is packed with demos and the third CD concerns itself with commercially released material: edits, remixes, dubs, twelve-inch mixes, and the like. Finally, CD 4 contains an alternate version of the entire Hunting High and Low album compiled from previously unheard early/alternate mixes.

I can speak from experience with this set if I tell you that all the audio is really top notch.

Again, just like the debut album and Scoundrel Days deluxe, all 3 are worth buying. If you consider upgrading from your old vinyl records or CD's, this is a very good reason to do so. You'll not regret it.

I agree with Zippy. Have really enjoyed these deluxe editions. Some of the demos are actually pretty far along as far as production goes. I've been happy with each of them so far.

I have all the A-ha deluxes and they are all outstanding. All worth buying. These were the last 2 I was waiting for. I think "Lifelines" was A-ha's last really good album so if they release deluxes for the albums after "Lifelines", I may not get them.
