I hope that they will decide to also do a Substance 1987 boxset for CD with all original 7 inch A's and B's plus all the 12 inch A's and B's because I'm getting a bit tired that they call this a definitive boxset while it is not. There's too much still missing on Movement and this one, but that's the way it goes I guess. In the meantime, I don't need this anyway.

I have the 2cd remastered version too from 2008 I believe. At the time there was a lot of criticism on how bad the remasters sounded. I’ll definitely skip this boxset but may end getting a 2020 2cd version if they release one in the future .

Excited about all the unreleased material. Wish they would exclude the vinyl (lower the price) and include all of the singles tracks within the box on CD. Not cheap but the box/book were well done for Movement and expect the same here.

Interesting that the BBC sessions are included here yet the '81 sessions were not included with the Movement box.

In terms of the 12" singles tracks being on the 2008/9 2 CD reissues, 'Confused Beats' and 'Confusion (Rough Mix)' from the Confusion 12" were left out for this album's 2 CD reissue.

There's no plans for 2 cd versions of these. Also, the previous remasters were re-released
with 'fixed' versions.

they didn't include the bbc '81 versions because they put other similar tracks on there.

the confusion mixes weren't complete, i agree, could have put them both on there, as there was room.
but they figured they weren't essential i guess.

the question was about what was missing on movement though, and not this album.

Definitely will get this one for the DVD's. Cool that they have some BBC performances and live shows from the era. I wish they would have done this with the Ultravox "Vienna" anniversary set. Those demos on CD look cool too.
