I see it's available in lossless on Qobuz.

Track 4 has never been available on Cd or digitally so that one is def a rarity, albeit about 45 seconds edited out. But it's a great mix so I'll be buying that one tomorrow. Just hope it's not a crappy vinyl rip.

Not esp impressed with the Non Stop track.

It's a digital release, but they felt the need to edit the Hardcore Mix? WTF???

Time constraints is not the only factor here. I guess someone thought it was too long and shortened it to make it sound "tighter".
Track 1 is a big surprise. It's a new, extended version, sounds like a mixture of the 1986 era and 1999 era. Very cool.

No one has mentioned track 1 yet. A big surprise. I guess it's a new, extended version, sounds like a mixture of the 1986 era and 1999 era.

PS tracks 2 and 3 are actually longer than they were in 1991.
Robotnik (Kling Klang Mix) is 7:58 but was only 7:41 in 1991, and Robotronik (Kling Klang Mix) is 5:05 but was only 4:51 version in 1991.
I have not analyzed exactly what has been added, if anything.

All the remixes from 1981-1987 are left out. I wonder if they have plans for them.

Kraftwerk didn't really get into remixes until the early 90s. They avoided them for much of their early career. I don't know why. They could release something like this for 81-87. Of course you have all the edits that would make another compilation.

1.Showroom Dummies 1982 remix
2.Dentaku
3.Les Mannequins
4.Computerwelt Special Remix
5.Tour De France Full German version
6.Tour De France Full French version
7.Tour De France Instrumental
8.Tour De France 1984 German remix
9.Tour De France 1984 French remix
10.Tour De France Kevorkian Remix
11.Musique Non Stop Remix
12.The Telephone Call Remix
13. Der Telefonanruf Remix
14.House Phone
Life’s what you make it

Yes indeed, the completeness of such a compilation is going to come down to how far down the rabbit hole of regional language and edit variations you want to go and/or have the stomach for being repeated again and again... these may also include;

‘Mini Calculateur’ - the French language version of Pocket Calculator - full length on album and 12”, also edited down slightly for the 7”.

While we are at at in ‘Computer World’ era edits, US single releases saw 1) an edit of ‘Numbers’ that completely lopped off the intro counting and just cut to the car chase when the electronic percussion came in, and 2) ‘Pocket Calculator’ snipped down to around 3’55”.

The UK single release of ‘Computer Love’ was also remixed - 12” and 7” edit - the differences are subtle though.

Having hit the coveted #1 singles chart top spot in the UK in Feb 1982 with ‘The Model’, EMI UK issued the already mentioned remix of ‘Showroom Dummies’ as a single (snipped down in length and with some subtle electronic percussion overdubs added) - the B side also contained an otherwise unavailable remix of ‘Numbers’ - it is speeded up slightly and gets busy with the editing scissors by cutting down the random notes heard in the first part of the track and re-introducing it later on - before also introducing part of ‘Computer World 2’ before the track fades out.

‘Musique Non Stop’ remixes - the 7” A side and 12” A side are different from each other and also unlike the original album version. (Both start off with portions of ‘Boing Boom Tschak’.) Oddly enough, the 7” B side version is the first 3’45” of the LP version faded out early. (Even shorter on the US 7” B side.)

‘The Telephone Call’ - again the A side mixes are different from 7” and 12 - and x2 since there are also the German language ‘Der Telefon Anruf’ versions too.

Humanracer and FiveTenFifteen, what would the music world be without music nerds like you who keep track on the versions like that. Congrats.
I guess I will have to update my discography.

it's not really a new remix either, they used parts of it from 1993-1996 on MTV europe in commercials.
