Previously unreleased ?! What about these:

Couldn't Stand A Day & Something About You were released on the album The Politics Of Dancing.

Sending Out A Message, Give It Up & Forever And Ever were released on the album Humanication (Re-Fuse boxset).

Life's Too Dangerous & Over The Top were released on the album Re-Fuse (Re-Fuse boxset).

Angry Man was released on the album Jamming The Broadcast (Re-Fuse boxset).

I'm guessing at this point that CR have acquired the Re-flex catalogue quietly and are planning a whole bunch of cds.

Got the cd today. Sounds quite good, except for How Much Longer (12" Remix). I think it has a skipping sound around 5:16 min. Pretty convinced it's a mastering flaw. Checked out the digital version on Spotify which is the same.

Are any of the "The Politics Of Dancing" tracks on this the 6:46 12" Version?

I think you're referring to the US 12"? I'll have to listen again in detail but I don't think so.

I listened through again over the weekend and found it to be ok apart from the How Much Longer glitch. The two version of Politics.. are so so (they appear to be unreleased versions, not very impressed). The much loved US 12" has yet to make it on cd, unless I'm mistaken. Furthermore I hear Cherry Red will issue a corrected version of Vibrate Generate with the fixed version of How Much Longer (12") in the future, whenever that is...

I owned this CD and it most definitely was the US 12" version but the mastering was so harsh that I sold it. I don't doubt that it was from master tapes, it was just so incredibly loud and unpleasant to listen to.

I remember DjPault also did an excellent vinyl rip of Politics.. (US 12") some time back.

I saw that too. But it's missing some tracks including both of the Politics.. remixes.

It seems that they only focused on the material that was not available at the time

gave it a proper earphone listen at last - what a nice release !!! They are still dedicated to that perfect synth- guitar sound balanсe they had in Politics of dancing. Never heard that track with Sting before..))

Cherry Red have started issuing replacement CDRs for disc two of this set, if you have proof of purchase.

I ordered it from their website so i suppose that's my proof of purchase. Not sure i want a crappy CDR though.
