Anyone able to recommend a relatively inexpensive place to purchase this series (preferably via the net, since I am in the USA)?

The DVD Club Mix No 2, which I have has, among other videos, Savage Progress, "My Soul Unwraps Tonight"[:o)]

I bought mine via amazon.de (German site). I receive my shipments within a week and the prices are decent.

Yeah amazon.de is the best place I've found. If you have trouble with the German, just review the US site. The layouts are virtually identical except for the language.
