The Scream remastered

The Scream remastered

Ahhh, the first of the Siouxsie & the Banshees remasters is here (thank you Ideal Copy!) and it's all I could hope for and more.
The sound is pristine of course... the clarity is amazing, much is revealed that has lay hidden in the mix previously. The bonus disc of Rarities, Sessions & Singles shows a very confident and tight band on the Peel Sessions (though maybe a little nervous on the first - 'Metal Postcard' and 'Subarban Relapse' seem a bit rushed).
The packaging is nicely done, reminiscent of the style of the Downside Up boxset of last year...
This new set wets the appetite for what's to come - bring 'em on!
