Or if anyone else has picked up this cd, is it a factory pressed silver cd or is it a cd-r? I am really curious in knowing.

Wow, people on the internet who have heard of Scary Thieves. I'm shocked! Anyway, got the cd from Cafe Press and it is indeed a CD-R. I've been trying to get a copy of the album for a year now so I'm not too bummed since the album is great. So does anyone hear have any more info on the band? I am a DJ here in Miami and have been in touch with Chris from the band off-and-on since I heard about them. Someone here claimed to have been in touch with someone in the UK who wanted to release the album. Who is this person and how can I get in touch with him? I had only heard the extended versions of three of the songs but now that I have heard the actual album I am more convinced that a proper release is in order. I have done some research into it but any help from you guys would be appreciated. I personally doubt that the masters are not in the possession of EMI. Given the fact that they signed the band to their first contract, I don't think the band could have negotiated something like that. I could be wrong but I suppose I could ask Chris himself, I just always figured they would be at EMI.
