According to Amazon, this little delectable relic is getting re-released on Feb. 21, 2006! Unfortunately, there was no other stats about the CD (remastering, track info, etc). Anyone else heard about this? If so, any better info than Amazon has?

Interesting...Looks like the live tracks on the second cd are all from Long Island venues (Hofstra, Malibu).

Cool! I love this album [:I], but I only have it on mp3. So, definitely I'll stay tuned and grab the CD!

Woah! So looking forward to this getting re-released. My only copy of this is a burned CD Malibu Sue made for me.

That is fab news! I've always felt these guys were under appreciated and poorly marketed on this side of the pond.

WLIR was the ONLY commercial radio outlet to air their music back in the day 'round these parts and the live track venues (Hofstra U. and the legendary Malibu of Lido Beach) serve as proof positive to their popularity and base of support here on LI.

Er, ahem.. and how did you come to be the recipeint of such a coveted MBS item there BHols?

Do tell!..[8)]

I have this cd and it is one of my favorites! It is about time people can pick it up without spending $80.00 for a used one on ebay!

According to the link, there will be live versions from right here on Long Island. I saw APB at Heartbeats in Oysterbay. It was a great show.

I was at that show too. I was 17. I was so scared I was going to get turned away for being underaged but I had already bought a ticket so I was let it.

Cool! I still have the ticket stub from that show. I bought the tickets for my friends birthday.

The Link Records CD usually goes for $50-100 on eBay. Maybe I should sell mine now before the word spreads!
Same here!

I think it was the first concert the then single Ms. 2Nu & I saw right after we started dating!

I recall the venue being pretty tight & narrow with the stage being at the far end as you came into the place.

BTW: Marie, what was the date on your ticket stub?

Rich, the stub says Friday, February 06. The tickets were $12.00 each. The year was ripped off. Through the internet I found out the year could have been 1987. But that seems to late to me.
Nope.. you're on the money Marie, cause I started dating Ms. 2Nu in Dec of '86 and I recall that gig being in the middle of winter.

Thanx for checking!

That gig was either Nov or Dec 86 - well the one I went to. APB played there quite a few times so we're both right.

What a great place that was to see a gig - a rickety old club up a hill next to a cemetary.

There are 3 auctions for the old CD up on eBay. This re-release was announced a few months ago so it may be too late to "rip off" the unsuspecting.
