well, it's true. i did a search here to see if anyone had already posted this news since it's a little over a month old but didn't find anything. forgive me if it's a repost.

i know there are some that like their new wave a bit more synthy, a bit girly, a bit nick rhodesy. and so for you all, some great news:

(i don't have a release date, but nick beggs has confirmed that it's happening and has sat in on the remastering. most interesting is the inclusion of (i believe) every single b-side and most remixes)

"white feathers" extras:
too shy (midnight mix)
take another view
ooh to be ah (construction mix)
interview rooms
animal instincts
hang on now (extended)
introduction

"islands" (or in u.s. "extra play")extras:
big apple (metro mix)
monochromatic (live)
lion's mouth (beast mix)
the garden
turn you back on me (extended)
turn your back on me (u.s. mix from "extra play")
pump rooms of bath
(note: no "flipped disc" mix of turn your back on me? damn!)

"crazy people's right to speak" extras:
shouldn't do that (undisciplined)
shouldn't do that (disciplined)
hurricane
whatever you want

so there you go. tiger-striped mullet-haired weenie boys rejoice! i will! ;-)
