AFOS - NEVER AGAIN - UN-NAMED 12 MIX

Postby DavePlym » Tue Feb 17, 2009 3:59 am

I thought there was only one 12" of this, the 5 min 12 sec 'dance mix' which is a totally disappointing instrumental, however, at a record fair tyhe other day i saw a 12" of this with a sticker saying 'limited edition 12" remix', so looked at the record inside and bought it on the strength of it looking longer than 5.12. Good thing I did - this is a 6 1/1 to 7 min remix with full vocals and extended inst passages - exactly what should have been the only 12" released. looking at the sleeve and labels, ther's nothing to say this is a different edition apart from the small sticker. even better, apart from one small pop, it cleaned up near mint.
has anyone else got this?

Nice find ... I'd love hear that one! I agree that the so-called "dance mix" is lacking. There still seem to be numerous AFOS 12" mixes and b-sides still not available on CD.
