alternative learning

the album name is in all capital letters 'alrn'
i cant use my shift key, so i appologize.

but they said it was a pretty rare new wave record, i know we all have verious experiances with all sorts of obscurities.. so i was thinking that one of you might know of these guys...they are really hard to find

EDIT:
Info:

Rational Records, ATI 002. Circa 1981. ALRN (Alternative Learning) is a DIY New Wave/PowerPop band, appearing to be from California. They are a mystery to me since I cannot find any information on them. The recordings have a DIY sound and are very unique and impressive, using a wide range of instruments (guitar/synth/keyboards/noise/bass/drums/etc.). The songs range from power pop, new wave, experimental, to minimalist ballads! This record is a completely mysterious forgotten gem

EDIT 2:
Info:

The band is fronted by Scott Miller...who you will will remember from Game Theory...
This was a project of his before he started Game Theory...and basically has the formation of Game Theory's sound.
