Sal Solo/Classix Noveaux interview by me!!!

Postby chud69 » Wed Apr 30, 2003 9:35 am

Hello:
First off, Mike, this site rules. I am such an MTV junkie it's ridiculous. I have such fond memories of coming home from school and seeing Echo & The Bunnymen, XTC, Simple Minds, ABC, Ultravox, Psychedelic Furs, Tenpole Tudor, Visage, etc. I collect old MTV airings and have at least 10,000-15,000 individual promos. I also have a bunch of hours unedited of old MTV with VJs, videos, commercials and am always looking for more from 1981-87. No shows though like Remote Control. Yuk. Anyone, if you have old MTV for trade, please email me at PBraidis@comcast.net!
Also, I write for Metal Rules! Magazine, but we don't do just metal. I can interview whoever I want and I interviewed Sal Solo, the bald-headed frontman of Classix Noveaux recently for a good 40 minutes or so! He was very nice and had lots of amusing stories to tell. The issue will be out in a few months and I'll let everyone here know when it's coming out.
I think this is cool-hopefully you will too.
Thanks,
Pete
