Did anyone else besides me subscribe to this in the early 1980s? The greatest rock magazine around, and mostly devoted to new wave. I was sad to see them fold in the mid-80s. The two biggest influences on my musical tastes in the early 80s were the new wave shows on the local college station and AOR station, and Trouser Press.

I remember when Ira Robbins stopped doing Trouser Press, there was an explanation that said that he wanted to stick to his guns, but outside pressure and the music biz were not to his liking at the time and he hated to resort to having to put Boy George a

I was very glad when Ira restarted the Trouser Press website.

He is a very cool guy and incredibly knowledgeable (I worked with him for 3+ years at a company not related to his Trouser Press project).
