Can someone please tell me who sang the song "STATE OF ART"? by the way I'm currently building my archive of songs- can anyone point me in the right direction where to download new wave songs from the late 70's - 80's?

I use Kazaa for downloading. Try downloading a few, slightly obscure songs, then right click the song for "get more songs from this user". Each user will often have a slew of similar songs. I found tons of stuff this way.
