SEVEN Stranger Than Fiction

One of those semi-obscure English one-single wonders from England who released one 7 inch / one 12 inch for their "Stranger Than Fiction" synth / wave single in 1984.....the 12 inch had an extended version and both formats had the b-side "The Outsider". Does anyone know what happened to this band after the release of this single? Any information would be great. After almost 20 years this one still remains a mystery!!

Stranger Than Fiction were a Wakefield (UK) based band which no doubt quit the biz and got proper jobs. I have an LP sampler from the north of England circa 1981 called "Hicks From The Sticks" which contains a song by them but no notes on them I'm afraid

Actually, the name of the band I am looking for is SEVEN the song title for what I believe was their one and only release was "Stranger Than Fiction". Any information about the band SEVEN after the release of "Stranger Than Fiction" would be greatly appre

Oops! sorry about that I can't have been thinking straight!. SEVEN released 3 singles at least and an album I think in the UK so anyones guess for the states.
