A Site For The Next Generation of New Wave

Postby NuWavePoserChick » Mon Aug 04, 2003 12:41 pm

With the blessing of Mike P I am posting to tell you about the site I have just put a lot of time and effort into. It's www.NuNewWavers.com This site is targeted at all of us younger wavers. It has some information on the different parts of the New Wave genre and old and new bands. But the most important features of the site are the ones that are trying to create a community for young New Wavers. We have a chat room, a message board, and a Live Journal community. It's hard to really understand New Wave if you didn't really live through it's glory days. So any "old timers" that can guide us youngsters are welcome to the community as well. The site is new, so the community has yet to be jump started. But if anyone here is interested, then I hope to see you there. Thanks and Viva La New Wave!!!

Shayna,

Nice job on your site. I hope that all the younger fans (and old wavers) from my board take some time and visit your site. I think I speak for all of us old wavers when I say that it's great to see an interest in this music starting up again bo
