The Ruts - Animal Now

Postby swash » Wed Sep 10, 2003 11:09 am

This was one of My fave albums of the 80's and I dont understand why it was never issued on CD. Their 2 others have been available for some time..."The Crack" and "Rhythm Collision" .. Animal Now was released after the death of their original lead singer Malcolm Owen who died of a Heroin Overdose (and a failed marriage) on July 11 1980. Gary Barnacle took over lead vocals on Animal Now and turned out a fantastic LP. It is a true shame this LP has never been made available on CD... Does anyone out there have a cd-r of this made from vinyl or cassette that they could make a copy for Me? Swash

I've got a compilation CD on Lost & Found records of the Offs singles. I don't think they ever had a full-length album.
