Just about any top-40 80s that has been played to death, and still continues to play from the grave thanks to corporate radio.

Add to that> anything after Pyromania by Def Leppard. They really weakened out, and I hate "pour some sugar on me". What was

I was picked on by some punk rockers for looking too "mainstream" back in the day. I didn't let it stop me from listening to the music though.

To the thought that Prince was awful and "Kiss" is one of the all time worst songs---I could not agree more. I found that quite often I did not like the critics darlings.

I'm new to this list, glad to find such a thing online.
I am a veteran new wave "kid," having grown up in the
80s in my teens and enjoyed a lot of this music, but like
many of you, a lot of what was later considered "new wave"
was not really part of
