Mad World....it's a very very Mad World

Watched the Donnie Darko movie the other day and was stunned when i heard the Michael Andrews & Gary Jules' version of the 1983 classic Mad World (Tears For Fears). This is probably one of the best cover-version ever and the lyrics sums up the plot of the movie in a way...people/ children not fitting in the school/society/world( hehe)....it really touched me....

Just wanted to share this feeling with you guys!

Merry christmas!

That song will never be the same without Orzabals "dance" hehe. Just sounds like R.E.M. to me [V]

BTW,
Someone did a stripped down vocal cover of 'Mad World' that got play on last night's episode of 'In The Line Of Fire' on ABC (1/14/04)
Pretty decent show IMHO(Good Production Values). [8D]

This cover of "Mad World" topped Britain's single chart recently, in fact it's still in the top ten: http://uk.launch.yahoo.com/c/
