Anything by the Go-Gos, Madonna or Bananarama. Lots of other stuff too, but why listen to me, ask DJ Jim (save the wave).

Major Tom always got us out there for a rather bizarre but intense dance.

"Both" Neneh Cherry songs put us in extacy (without drugs).

So Right You Are Kimiiii [;)] NW & Disco are like Coffee and Flavored Creamer, add a bit and the coffee may taste better to some or worse to others. Add a lot and the whole thing ends up tasting like crap.

It brings to mind a post I did on <a href="http://www.nwoutpost.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=712&whichpage=1" target="blank">another thread</a> awhile back

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I remember my Camouflage days when he (DJ Tommy Nappi)would start his set with a period top 40 dance hit to get everybody grooving then: scccccccccccrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeecccccccchhhhh!!!

Then Utters The Following: "WHAT/ WHY THE F**K YOU PEOPLE DANCING TO THIS S**T!!

Proceeds to smash vinyl disc over DJ booth counter, spilling shards out over dance floor and stunned dancers.

Utters Following "THIS IS CAMOUFLAGE NOT AFTER DARK OR METRO 700!!!!!!!!!

Rips into killer alternative track such as 'She Sells Sanctuary'

AS SOON AS THE SONG ENDED, I immediately apologized for the mistake and played INXS "I Send a Message" with promises that musical transgressions like the previous song will never happen again. The beautiful people forgave me and started dancing again. Whew!

I must say that was a deft recovery and a not too subtle 'B*tch Slap'
to your DJ partner that glaring faux pas. [;)]

I wanted to add Propaganda's "Dr. Mabuse" to the list of KICK ASS club tunes. This song is what it's all about for me on the dance floor [8D]

New Order - Perfect Kiss

In the first year it was released - people couldn't get on the dance floor fast enough.
