I HATE TO SAY IT... but being from Brooklyn(the garden spot of the world) the bar and club scene was not very new wave. So here is the list of sing alongs you would here in the 80's and to this day I gag when I here them.

Man, those are some classics! "Let the good times roll"?! "Roadrunner?!!! True, true. I just popped in The Pixies' "Here comes your man" for the first time is yeeeears...forgot how great that song was.
