Neil Tennant, the Bronski Beat boys, Andy Bell.

Morrissey.. I'm not sure if he is gay or bisexual. i'm pretty sure that he is weird... hadn't he said in a moment that he was "asexual"??? Or maybe he's just playing with us and having a big laugh.[:p]

I don't believe nobody's mentioned Boy George... or Elton John. Oops! Wrong forum.

Then there's Ricky Martin who was asked by Oprah whether he's gay or not. As I recall, he was smiling but looked offended. Then he shifted the topic to something else like world peace.

Not new wave, but David Allen Coe's "Fuck Anita Bryant" is pretty much pro gay.[:D]

Did you know that Rod Stewart was a promising footballplayer. I belive he was playing for Ipswich in his younger days and had to choose between football and music. It`s a shame he didn`t choose football instead.

Or else he would be playing for England in the 60's. Which part of Britain he hails from?

That means nothing re: homosexuality. If Pete Burns wasn't at least heavily bisexual, I'd be very, VERY surprised. Of course, it could all be just an act. If so, it's an extremely convincing one, with Pete deserving of a zillion Oscars.

Billy Ray Cyrus.

Very gay but very much in the closet. So much so that HE doesn't even realize it!

That guy is a disgrace to heavy metal. It was so obvious he was gay, with the outrageous leather and excessive spikes.
