Why Two Different Versions Of Bucks Fizz?

For the life of me,can somebody please tell me why there are two different versions to the Bucks Fizz band of today? Why don't they just stay all in one band?

I know this despite hating the band!
When Mike Nolan left he was replaced by David Van Day of Dollar who then fell out with Bobby G's wife who was now in the band and also it's manager. He left and founded a new Bucks Fizz and even got Mike Nolan to jo
