I know of three:

'Enola Gay' by OMD
'Hiroshima mon Amour' by Ultravox!
'1945' by Social D

Anyone else?

When you say "pop" songs, I assume you mean new wave(!)

Tuff Darts - (You're Love Is Like) Nuclear Waste
Bonzo Goes To Washington - B-b-b-bombing in 5 Minutes
Time Zone - World Destruction
Blondie - Atomic (well, the song isn't really about nuclear bombs but the video did depict post-nuclear apocalypse, so...)
Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Two Tribes
Prince - Ronnie Talk To Russia

Er...look what I found:

Yes I mean NW, and I was thinking specifically those related to Hiroshima/Nagasaki.

Sorry friend, not even close. 'Cities In Dust' is about the destruction of Pompeii by volcanic eruption.

Was Ultravox's 'Dancing with Tears in my Eyes' also about the onset of Nuclear War?!
