Welcome to the new forum!
If you are a previously registered user, you must do the following:

1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt
2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit
3) You will receive an email with an activation link. Please click it and then log in using the random password provided
4) Go to your User Control Panel and click on the Profile tab
5) Click on 'Edit Account Settings' and enter your new password twice followed by the random password provided earlier. Click Submit.
6) That's it...you're back in! You may have to log in again with your new password.

Wow, that's a good song too. I was hesitant to post - but i don't have any guesses - except to say that your story reminds me of mine - I had a song that for almost the same amount of time as you - I had on cassette with NO idea who it was - all I knew is

Thanks Jfiber ! I consider myself fairly knowledgable when it comes to the old school new wave punk scene.I'm almost 40 and got hooked on it when I was in 8th grade.You can tell in that recording where I paused the record mode for sometime,missed a port

Here you go......it's "Inventory" by Colin Newman (from Wire). It's on A-Z. I thought it sounded familiar (the voice) so I did a lyric lookup on Google and there it was.
