NYC's K-Rock's new Resurrection Lunch feature

Postby ebbhead » Mon Apr 26, 2004 2:06 am

NY's 92.3 K-Rock is now officially doing a Resurrection Lunch feature. I'm guessing that means that the Resurrection Weekend they did went over well. Interesting stuff happening over there. Still doesn't come close to filling the void of WLIR, but at least they seem to be moving in the right direction...slowly.

We'll see if it's any good or a lot of 80s hair metal. [xx(]

Looks like a load of bollocks to me, I'll stick with Malibu Sue on Island 94.3. I'm prety sure she won't subject me to the cruddy likes of Toe Jam & all that other Grunge crap.

And we have to listen to Mr Mister's 'Kyrie,' Tom Petty, Lenny Kravitz & Corey Hart. And that 'all 80s weekend' had way too many Pat Benetar songs for my tastes. [:(!][V][xx(]
Other than that, I'd have to give it 8 marks out of 10.
