Nope, I never got the chance to see CRIME. I was 9 in '77 and have lived in Minneapolis my entire life. The closest I ever came was seeing about 45 seconds of video of CRIME at the prison show they played.

From what I've been able to discern "Stiv Bator(s)" was his real name. Everyone called him "Steve", but his parents were from Eastern Europe where Stiv is a common name.
Then again, I may be totally off base.
