Mike, please add the "Girl Waiting" song to your new CD, so we all can buy the CD and finally get that elusive song. Once I have that song I can finally finish up my playlist of KROQ's Top 106.7 Countdown for 1984.
Also, it would be great if you could tell us a little more of the Boy Waiting story since 1984. Why didn't the song make it to vinyl? I also read somewhere (probably here), that the song never really existed, that it was just a DJ joke. Personally I don't remember the song by it's title, but I would know it by hearing it.
