Postby danelf » Sun Aug 13, 2006 3:11 am

Hell! Since everyone's doing a top ten list, I thought it'd only be fair to pick my favorite group of all time... (even though this is going to be hard as Pinocchio's woody)

10. Better Luck Next Time
9. Good For Your Soul
8. Controller
7. Something Isn't Right
6. What You See
5. I Stand Defeated
4. Wild Sex (In the Working Class)
3. Ain't This The Life?
2. Insanity
1. Insects

That is my list and I'm NOT sticking to it.

What album is "Not my Slave" off of anyhow? I always really liked that song a lot when I heard it on their live CD (that was the first CD that I ever purchased) I will only tell you this because you say they are your favorite group of all time - in the 80's I met Danny Elfman in a 7-11 in Dallas after one of their shows and he took us to their van outside and signed my record that I had in my car. They were all very nice to do that. He was buying sardines.

1. Not My Slave
2. Aint This The Life
3. Goodbye Goodbye
4. Only A Lad
5. Nothing to Fear
6. Violent Love
7. Private Life
8. Who Do You Want to Be

10. On the Outside

"Not My Slave" is originally from BOI-NGO (the album that followed Dead Man's Party) but it was first available in the "Something Wild" soundtrack.

I'm confused about "Not My Slave" being on their live cd. It wasn't played in "Farewell" (their only really live album) but it was played in "Boingo Alive" (not really a "live" album) Is this the one you're talking about?

Oops = that's what I meant - Boingo Alive - the one that was a double cd. I called it the live cd because of the name of it...
