Loads of new wave pins....

Postby pinbored » Wed Aug 18, 2004 1:24 am

Ok - bit of spam by myself but for those who like to wear pins I have a great selection of new wave / punk / post punk pins at my site:

http://www.pinbored.net

Just click on the new wave button or whatever style you're into.

Any 'creative' feedback/suggestions for new bands most appreciated.

Thanks!

I am interested in new wave pins, but don't want to pay a shitload of money on shipping. I'm in the US.

Making pins isn't too hard, it's just finding good pictures to put on them.

Marilyn, at any local arts and crafts store you can buy empty pins. The backs usually pop off, allowing you to add any picture you want. Just pop the back back on and you've

Mine are the small 1" pins that punk and new wave bands used to have. I get $20/100 for black and white, $30/100 for color. That's for custom made ones. I can do 1-offs for $1 and a stamp.

I haven't really made up any new wave designs lately, but

I have two shadow cases full of the ones I collected when I was younger (circa 75-85).

I have some real collectable. Like the D-E-V-O four pin set. I also have some great metal guitar pins with band names.

I put them all in framed boxes and am dis

That DEVO 4 pin set has been reporduced by the band, but they are now the small 1" pins, not the 1.5" like the originals. I also have an original set and have turned down offers of $50 for it.
