i heard em back in 1984...

there was even this false rumor that they were all killed in a plane crash and many years later to only find out that the rumor was false...

anyone can tell what happened to them?

The guys in Industry are all alive and well.

Jon has been in Pink Floyd since 1986 playing keyboards and musical director. He also has appeared on a lot of other artists and groups cds.

Brian runs his studio here on Long Island and works with a ton of different artists. He also has a band called Madden Rae which plays live every now and then.

Mercury is back with his first band Cathedral. They just released an amazing new cd. It is more on the progressive rock side.

Rudy is also in Cathedral and has released several solo cds throughout the years.

They have met together recently and may get back together. There is also interest from the Philipines for them to do a few live shows in 2009.

If you need more info just let me know. I see Mercury and Brian every now and then.

Why hasn't Industry been released on CD?? Imagine the full LP, plus those much earlier tracks they had. That would make a great CD. Seems they will never get a CD release. Oh well, we'll at least get the 20th Flock of Seagulls collection I'm sure.

Yeah. I've still got the vinyl rip, but the collector in me wants the actual artifact.

industry was a success here in the philippines, their song state of the nation was featured in the Philippine-movie Bagets back in 1984.
